Frank started out washing cars. He worked in every department and eventually took over the business when EB retired.  Frank’s son Weston was also born into the business.  Weston, like his father, has worked in many departments and is being groomed under Frank’s guidance for the day that Frank passes the torch to him.  Weston  has a daughter who also was born into the business.  We think Taylor should at least go to grade school before her training starts.
